We are the North Texas chapter of the National Space Society (NSS), a grassroots, educational organization that advocates for the exploration and settlement of space. The National Space Society of North Texas (NSSNT) consists of space enthusiasts, scientists, engineers, and anyone interested in space. NSSNT is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
We meet virtually and in-person every 2nd Sunday of the month, featuring guest speakers and presentations, at Spring Creek BBQ off Beltline & 183 in Irving, TX at 3:30pm-5:00pm. Business meetings run from 5:00pm-6:00pm.
For the past 20 years, NSS members in the Dallas/Fort Worth area have dedicated themselves to educating the public about the merits of manned space activities and the mission of the National Space Society. The National Space Society (NSS) and our local chapter, National Space Society of North Texas (NSSNT), is an independent, educational, grassroots, non-profit organization dedicated to the creation of a space-faring civilization.
Join us now by becoming a member of the National Space Society of North Texas! You can join just the local chapter, or become a national NSS member and local chapter member.
